By creating an account and using Sport Nexus, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. About the service
Sport Nexus is a training-management platform for triathlon clubs and groups, provided by FAB MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY SERVICE JOINT STOCK COMPANY. The service is currently in beta; features may change.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information when signing up and keep your password confidential.
- Each email and phone number may be used for only one account.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Enter fraudulent training data or impersonate others.
- Interfere with, probe or disrupt the system.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Sport Nexus records session completion from real device data to keep things fair. Falsifying data may result in your account being locked.
4. User content & community conduct
Clubs have a feed where members post, comment and interact (“user content”). When you post, you are responsible for your content and you grant Sport Nexus the right to display it within your club.
Sport Nexus does NOT tolerate offensive, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or spam content, or any abusive behavior toward other users. You agree not to post such content.
To keep the community safe, in the app we provide:
- Content reporting: every post and comment has a report button so you can flag violating content.
- Blocking users: you can block someone; all of their posts and comments are hidden from you immediately.
- Filtering & moderation: we review reports and will act within 24 hours — removing violating content and removing the users who posted it.
Violating these rules may lead to content removal, suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. Need to report something urgent? Email sportnexus@fab.vn.
5. Data & privacy
Processing of personal and training data follows our Privacy Policy. When you link a device (Garmin, COROS…), you also accept that provider's terms.
6. Club finances
Sport Nexus may display tuition, event fees and payment status managed by your club. Collection and refunds are agreements between you and your club; Sport Nexus is only a record-keeping tool.
7. Disclaimer
Sport Nexus provides training-tracking tools, not medical advice. Consult a medical professional before starting any training program. You are responsible for your own health and safety while training.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, FAB MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY SERVICE JOINT STOCK COMPANY is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including interruptions in data sync from third parties.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
